Seymore Butts Female Ejaculation Review is billed as a "how to" guide and as such had a lot of weaknesses, relying on Seymore's observations instead of true medical guidance, unlike the extensive expertise in the various Nina Hartley releases for Adam & Eve. The show spent some time discussion the G-Spot (Graffenberg Spot), the medically questioned area of a woman's insides that is supposed to allow for a very deep orgasm if properly stimulated. The show then spent some time discussing the three types of orgasms in a woman, Vulval (triggered by stimulating the clitoris), the Uterine (stimulated by intercourse), and the unnamed combination of the two. The movie has clips of various scenes from past Seymore Butt movies, most of them far too short, and broke down in a number of technique-oriented chapters, including a discussion on PC (pubococcygeus) muscles and how to exercise them in order to strengthen your orgasms (demonstrated with Tina Cherry and Herschel Savage).
